Got their name off the South East Water site, I rang to ask about my external water leak which was in my neighbour's garden but my supply.  Patrick was extremely helpful and requested pictures via WhatsApp, once sent he responded immediately, we arranged a time for him to come and have a look and he gave me his thoughts on the issue.  We agreed a way forward with my neighbour, turned into a bigger job than originally thought, but it was resolved the same day and neighbour's garden was returned all the earth to near the original state.  Turned up when they said they would.  Excellent job, well worth the money.  Stress free for me, could leave Patrick and his colleague to get on with the work as they clearly know what they are doing.  Will call them again if I have any other issues.  Thanks
