Got their name off the South East Water site, I rang to ask about my external water leak which was in my neighbour's garden but my supply. Patrick was extremely helpful and requested pictures via WhatsApp, once sent he responded immediately, we arranged a time for him to come and have a look and he gave me his thoughts on the issue. We agreed a way forward with my neighbour, turned into a bigger job than originally thought, but it was resolved the same day and neighbour's garden was returned all the earth to near the original state. Turned up when they said they would. Excellent job, well worth the money. Stress free for me, could leave Patrick and his colleague to get on with the work as they clearly know what they are doing. I had wanted a second opinion with a drain problem and I was so pleased that I had consulted Moling Services. They used the camera to get a clear picture which was well explained and documented. In November, a trader claimed to have repaired my leak but Thames Water advised it had actually gotten worse and offered a list of approved water engineers. Patrick answered my call, on a weekend and after dialogue and sharing of pictures he was able to partially deduce what may be required. He managed to fit me in for a pre-Christmas visit, then on arriving evaluated the problem, offered lots of handy expert advice and tips and fixed the leak in one day. Having checked with Thames Water, it appears there is now no leak.
